This really old book It was written in the ’30’s) was one of the first I read when I was developing my coaching practice. It is as alive now as it was back then!

This will open your eyes as far as your communication skills.

It’s key tenet is that the more you listen, the better you will relate to people, be they friends, employees or in relationships.

Once you ‘get’ this very simple message, you will never see (or rather, listen to!) a conversation the same way again.

I always recommend this when training managers!
