Perfect.
This has just explained both the challenges I’ve faced in my life and the reason I’ve been able to get on well with most people too.
You will find that ‘it’s all in the detail’ and yet be amazed at how easy it can be to amend your own behaviors to make a big difference.
Whilst the start of the book I found the best, the section on inter- and intra-national variations is pretty amazing as well.
Anyone who manages people needs this book. Anyone who interacts with ANYONE in this world MUST read this book.
